Meet Jason's friend Bryan Wilson. He's a former ad exec who brought you the Star Wars M&M M-PIRE campaign and who has worked on ad campaigns with Lucasfilm and Michael Bay. Bryan has also invented a super cool/fun board game based on movies called Schmovie. Jason and Bryan play a round of Star Wars Schmovie, talk about the Magic of Myth Star Wars Smithsonian exhibition from 1999 they both visited, and talk about trading Star Wars toys for Transformers (travesty!)

In this episode we talk to Mr. Scott Ryfun, host of "My Star Wars Story".  The specifics of his show are not quiet the same as ours; where we talk to cool Star Wars fans doing creative projects based on their love of that galaxy far, far away, Scott is going about collecting an oral history of Star Wars fandom, by asking Star Wars fans to tell him the stories of their Star Wars love from the very beginning.

We chat to Scott about his multiple podcasts, about how this compares to his work in radio, about the future podcast he and Jason are building, and about his book collection!

Our talk with Scott was so fun, that we ran a little long.  If you want to hear how Scott did on the Trench Run, you'll have to come back to our website tomorrow for that bonus content!

EPISODE 036 - Albin Johnson, founder of the 501st Legion

We are very happy this week to welcome Mr. Albin Johnson to the show.  Al is the man who started the greatest of Star Wars costuming groups, the 501st Legion.  Okay, we may be a bit biased, since Jason and I are both members!

Albin's story of how and why he created the 501st is pretty well known, so we asked him questions we hadn't heard the answer to before, the things we were curious about.  We think you'll really enjoy this conversation.
